The meter must be returned, in new condition with tracking info for the shipping, all original materials, user guides and boxes. $2 will be deducted from your refund for each test strip that is non-sellable/container opened. The buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs and must contact us before returning the meter, failure to do so will void this guarantee. Manufacturer Warranty
The Hemoglobin Test Meter is guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase to the consumer. The liability of the manufacturer is limited to repair or replacement and in no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any collateral or consequential damages or loss. Instruments subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repair or modification will be excluded from this warranty. This guarantee specifically excludes expendables and consumables. All warranty claims must be directed to the manufactures authorized dealer responsible for the sale of the system. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the system.
